‘‘Holiday on ice”  — the company, part of the Stage Entertainment. Created in 1943  in the U.S., “Holiday on ice” in our time is a company that produces every year some ice show for the whole family.

Holiday on ice show differ high-tech, in different years such well-known singers, actors and skaters: Lou Bega, Brian Joubert, Katarina Witt, Boney M Patricia Kaas, Chris de Burgh, Thomas Anders, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Anita Tsoy and otherstook part on this show. Among the Directors were: Robin cousins, Stephanie Andros, Kevin Cotta, Ted Shuffle, Anthony van Fins, etc.

Many of the “Holiday on ice” productions use the latest development technologies, and creates its own. For the ice show  their own music is also written. The owner of prestigious musical awards – Rene Dupere, has written several times the soundtrack for ice shows from Holiday on ice.

For its long history, Holiday on ice several times included into the Guinness Book of Records as the most visited ice show in the world, and for the longest line skaters on the ice. The Holiday on ice was shown on all continents, in many countries and cities. Every year the company tries to expand their horizons and visits new cities and countries where it has never been before.

For the first time in company history in 2012 there were created new ice shows and other touring shows were closed, which caused a lot of rumors about what the Holiday on ice finished its activities. However, in March 2013 they announced a new production in honor of the 70th anniversary of the company. The director is Bart Doppler
